These terms apply to every safari, tour and extension booked with Ronjoo Safaris, based in Arusha, Tanzania. By paying a deposit you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Enquiries and Planning

Planning your itinerary is free. No deposit is needed until you approve your final itinerary and ask us to confirm the booking. We do not charge booking fees.

Deposit and Payment

A 30% deposit of the total safari cost confirms your booking.
The balance is due 60 days before your departure date.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (via Stripe), PayPal and international bank transfer (SWIFT). All prices are in US dollars, and card payments carry no surcharge.

Cancellation by You

Cancellations must be sent to us in writing. Fees depend on how many days before departure we receive your notice:

90 days or more: deposit refunded, less a $150 processing fee.
60–89 days: 50% of the deposit refunded.
30–59 days: the deposit is non-refundable.
14–29 days: 75% of the total safari cost is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days: 100% of the total safari cost is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and emergency evacuation for the full length of your trip.

Changes to Your Itinerary

We may need to change parts of a programme because of government decisions, park regulations, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Where this happens we will offer the closest available alternative. Prices may be adjusted if governments or suppliers introduce new taxes, park fees or fuel surcharges.
